Recognized for leading multifaceted programs with energy and optimism. Kevin is a proven leader, and is particularly adept in the advance planning and programming of complex initiatives and has developed and managed the design, installation and commissioning of leading edge infrastructures and planned the consolidation of staff, technology and facilities for thousands of end user clients. Values customer service orientation and enjoy the dynamics of working with cross-functional teams. He has been engaged in all the strategic and operational elements of ORION on a full time basis since 1994.

Barry's career includes over 30 years of experience in management, plant operations, commissioning and start up, maintenance, training, power engineering, project technical specifications, contract administration, finance, personnel development, and leadership.
Known as a manager that directs and leads a staff skillfully and has proven ability for inspiring loyalty, enhancing initiative and minimizing staff turnover and labor problems. Well versed in Operations and Maintenance Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and compliance issues, having co-authored agreements in principle for several projects. Handled all standard facility accounting functions, budget preparation, and routine and extraordinary administrative duties.
Set the standard for several companies that are used in the development in auditing and "best practice" techniques. Successes have lead from hands-on to senior management positions. Experienced in coal, oil, biomass, diesels, and gas turbines.
He has been described as the "Consummate Manager" by a Fortune 500 CEO. Barry holds a Masters in Management Science (MSM) from Baker University.
