Enterprise Program & Project Management con't
The fundamental objective for any 'Workplace Environment' is to increase project oriented flexibility, while reducing costs for churn management and operations. Thus the challenge of providing increased responsiveness to the Customer and simplified operation for the information technology/facility manager. The scale of these projects traditionally demands definition and the involvement of the Customer. The experience of ORION will limit the Customer's ongoing overhead and the risks of an overburden on capability.
Services offered by the Company build an effective and successful project team. Our hands-on experience promotes communication within and across projects, optimizes the project schedule and controls the cost of project progress.
ORION has demonstrated excellence in the hands-on organization and communication of the key elements to program management. These include:
› strategy development,
› cost management,
› risk management,
› quality management,
› time management,
› human resources management,
› contract / procurement management, and
› communications management.
We provide for a comprehensive analysis of the physical and operational needs, which combine into a Statement of the Requirement and Project Logic. A master plan ensures that acquisition, infrastructure, capacity and building design all provide the Customer with the means and ability to roll out a plan in response to a future need.
Once defined, the Statement of Requirement and Project Logic are divided into task elements for which schedules and cost estimates can be prepared. This approach provides a basis against which feasibility can be determined and budgets set. The process also provides a technical benchmark for project inception and is applicable whether the project is a renovation of an existing facility or new construction.
